London Fashion Week was occupied by lots of stunning collections. We’ve been closely following along to catch our favorite designers, and here are some of our favourites!
Let’s start with Emilia Wickstead! Love the way the show started with those dark brown jumpsuit, coat, and blazer with leather draped over it. They gave the whole collection a luxurious feel. Since Wickstead is known for her full skirts and clean lines, she offered them too here in this collection, and were shown by the striking red and deep green gowns that were not only speak volume, but rich in gorgeous velvets too! The accessories shown were her signature berets, bows, and a headscarf embellished with pretty pearls, worn with a chic white suit.
This was such a beautiful collection by JW Anderson. It felt like everything here was elevated to a whole new level. The outerwear had interesting shapes and they were stunning. The dresses (some were adorned with colorful wrinkly fabrics) and the tailored suits were all beautifully cut and they had great styling too! The prettiest styling goes to that navy blue dress worn under an oversized grey coat, cinched with a sexy black belt. So may pieces to be loved here, really.
This particular collection was very well made, romantic and so easy on the eyes. And oh my, can we all agree on how beautiful the shade of red that Victoria Beckham used for her Fall 2019 collection? It’s so gorgeous. Love how the stylist mixed that read coat with a sexy midi skirt (with darker red, almost oxblood), and a chic camel colored top, finished with a pair of leopard boots! So luxurious. Some of the pieces we really, really wanna get our hands on are the coats, the silk blouses, and the knitwear! Well done, well done.
There’s nothing we would say no to from Margaret Howell’s Fall 2019 collection. Howell always offers us effortlessly cool pieces with amazing color palette to match. Love the shearling coats, the jackets worn by the male models, and the printed midi skirts. So great looking. All of the silhouette looked stunning and very, very British, as always. In short, a classic. Simplicity at it’s finest. Howell is so reliably good.
And last but not least, Roksanda. Actually, we’re a little bit biased with this one, because we just love Roksanda and it’s one of the most awaited collection every season for us. But, c’mon look at those colors.. Don’t you just love it too? Giving an amazing touch of marigold and yellow, and also peplum to a bomber is terrific way to elevate the look! Incorporating shades of pink with accessories under a full on camel colored outfit, combining orange with dark fuchsia. It was one magical mix!
